I loved how my warm, smokey glitter glam eye turned out and picked up a ton of tips from Jamie, a Sephora Area Education Manager. Here’s the scoop:
Tip #1: Pop a transition shade into the upper crease! Jamie chose a color in the same undertone as the warm look she was creating. The transition shade helps merge all of the shadows together. It creates depth and an overall seamless look between all of the shadows used.
Tip #2: Pat on Too Faced Glitter Glue before applying shimmery shadows to make them *pop*. The glue should be applied after the matte shades but before any shimmer. For the glitter, Jamie used Urban Decay Heavy Metal Glitter Liner on the lid to bring some fun sparkle to my eyes.
Tip #3: Spritz a brush with Caudalie Beauty Elixir before dipping it into your highlight.Apply the highlight to the inner corner of the eye and brow bone to make them pop! The grape spray is a little trick to intensify the highlight. It really stands out in photos and is perfect for a night out.
I ended up taking so many goodies home with me including the Caudalie Beauty Elixir, Too Faced Glitter Glue, Urban Decay Heavy Metal Glitter Liner, Benefit Roller Lash Mascara, and Marc Jacobs Fineliner Ultra-Skinny Gel Eye Crayon Eyeliner. I’m so excited to continue creating this look throughout the season.
